Bronx man who tried to break up fight sought for shooting, killing both of them

This article from New York Daily news is reporting how a 37 year old man, Luis Chacon, was witnessed trying to break up a fight between to civilians moments, both parents, before he started shooting and killing them both before running away. His current location is still unidentified. 

This article begins with a blown up picture of the man of colour, this could be an implication based on his ethnicity/race, which arguable the news site could be dictating negatively.

Furthermore, the reasoning behind this shooting has not been mentioned. The possibility of him having a mental disorder has not been considered. Although I 100% agree what he does is unforgivable and awful, I think the news should have given speculation regarding the murderers reasoning.
